1. Data Collection

We collect your name, address, and contact details solely to populate your RTI application. We do not sell this data to third parties.

2. Information Processing

The subject of your RTI is processed by our AI (via OpenAI APIs). While the AI processes the text, we do not store the content of your grievance longer than necessary to generate the document.

3. Payment Data

All payments are processed via secured third-party gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your UPI PIN, card details, or any sensitive financial information.

4. Data Deletion

Users can request the permanent deletion of their RTI history and personal profiles at any time by contacting our support at support@rtimitra.in.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Your name and address will be printed on the physical application and shared with India Post for delivery purposes when you use our Print & Post service.

6. Identity Disclosure

Please be aware that as per the RTI Act, 2005, your identity is revealed to the government office you are filing the RTI with. If you are filing a sensitive RTI, please consider the personal risks involved.
