1. Nature of Service

RTI Mitra is a technology platform. We provide AI-driven drafting assistance and logistical support (printing/mailing). We are not a law firm. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. No Guarantee of Information

We facilitate the filing of the request. We do not guarantee that the Government Department or PIO will provide the information requested. Rejection by a government office is not grounds for a refund.

3. Accuracy of AI

The user acknowledges that the RTI application is generated by Artificial Intelligence. It is the user's responsibility to review the draft for accuracy before final submission. We are not liable for errors in the draft.

4. Prohibited Content

Users shall not use the platform to file RTIs that are:

• Vexatious or intended solely to harass a public official.
• Threatening the sovereignty or integrity of India.
• Violating the Official Secrets Act.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RTI Mitra be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including legal action taken against the user by third parties) arising from the filing of an RTI.

6. PIO Database Disclaimer

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our PIO database, government officials change frequently. Please verify the PIO address if you are unsure before posting your application.
