Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier (Digital PDF)

The AI-generated RTI draft and PDF download are free of charge. No payment is involved, therefore no refund is applicable for this tier.

2. Print & Post Service (₹199)

Refunds are applicable only if a Print & Post order is not dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Once a letter is handed over to India Post, no refunds will be issued.

3. Government Rejection

Rejection of your RTI application by a government office or PIO is not grounds for a refund. RTI Mitra facilitates the drafting and posting — we have no control over the government's response.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@rtimitra.in within 7 days of payment with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a Print & Post order before it is dispatched by contacting support. Once the application has been printed and handed to India Post, cancellation is not possible.
